Order review and processing
Availability, specification, documentation scope, destination, and payment are reviewed before fulfilment. Standard orders are generally prepared within 3 to 7 business days unless a quotation or order confirmation states otherwise.
Lead times for volume, mixed-specification, custom-label, or special-production orders are confirmed separately.
Packaging and product identification
Products are packed in labelled 10-vial boxes unless the listing or quotation states another format. Product name, specification, and available lot information should be reviewed immediately after delivery.
Packaging is selected to protect research materials during normal transport. Any product-specific storage or temperature requirement is stated in the applicable specification or batch document.
Shipping offers and delivery estimates
Standard shipping is free on eligible orders of 3 or more boxes. Remote areas, special handling, expedited services, customs, and destination-specific charges may be excluded and will be confirmed before fulfilment.
Carrier and customs estimates are not guarantees. Weather, customs inspection, address issues, or local disruptions may extend delivery time.
Tracking and inspection
Tracking is provided after carrier acceptance when available and may take 24 to 72 hours to update.
Inspect the parcel promptly. Report visible damage, temperature-control concerns, missing items, or label discrepancies with photos and the order number.
Customs and import responsibility
The buyer is responsible for confirming that ordered research materials may be imported, possessed, and used at the destination.
Duties, taxes, brokerage, permits, inspections, or import charges are the buyer's responsibility unless the written quotation states otherwise.
Address problems and returned parcels
Buyers must provide a complete delivery address, contact person, telephone number, and any required import information.
If a parcel is delayed or returned because of incomplete information, refusal, failed import clearance, or an incorrect address, reshipment and related charges are reviewed case by case.
